Nothing overly exciting here. XP Just a quick doodleish piccy. Needed to get it out of my system. XDDD;; Started with an imagery of a top view of Shadow’s head, morphed to him laying on grass, now on fluffy bed-spread. MARYLYN MONROE STYLE! *Shot* So… yeah. GET READY THE BLEACH!!

Wheeew. e_e there are WAAAAY too many categories to pick from that anything can fit into nowadays. ah well. *drop kicks it into this directory* So, been trying to get back into the swing of things; getting hit like a ton of bricks for inspiration on things to do OTHER than draw. XP New Forum Skin, Make a Movie, Make a fan-game, do everything else in the world like play games. But, every once in a while I get a nice push for artwork. This was one of them. Well, everything except the background. XP;; Or the shading for that matter… I was more inspired by the theoretics behind the meaning, more than “how to color it” or “what background should I use?”. It’s basically like this… Shadow (as himself) now has to lead HIMSELF (child) in his new life, to be himself. In a metaphysical sense, he has to learn everything over again, thusly needing someone to take his hand, and show him the way. “What I had known to be my life, was filled with questions, frustration and strife. Things I thought I knew to be true, were fiction, and lies, thought up by you. I’d cry to myself, trying to understand, needing someone to come take my hand. Shown the true light, from all of my friends, I’ve learned from my errors, to make amends. Now I stand tall, with my head held high, off in the right direction, with no thought of ‘Why?’. Learning all I can of this new found land, because I have you, to come take my hand.” OK it’s lame, but. Meh. I MADE IT! © Koji. I used paths with stroke widths for the lines, painterly style colored it (and screwed up on Chibi Shadow. ), then I found some of my RL Photo textures and pieced it together to try and create a park scene. But I think I went overboard. And yes, I realize that the pebbles under them are facing the wrong direction. XP I realized that too late. MMM! Whtie fuzzy dream stuff!!

Anywho… So, I’d been meaning to draw a picture of Shadow with a Slurpee, again, to basically recreate an earlier image I did of Shadow drinking a slurpee with a Chao. I was sitting at the bus stop and wanted to do this, and it turned out really awesome! I couldn’t think of a way to ink it, but I knew for sure I wanted to color this Painterly style. Though, I think I went overboard with the fur details. XD;; But, hey. ^^ It looks awesome with all the fur details. I’m very proud of how this image turned out, despite my cheaping out on the background for the last bit. BTW, it’s supposed to be a cardboard cutout background, and cardboard hanging sun + cloud. XP I don’t remember initially why I wanted them to be cardboard, maybe to convey the point that summer seems artificial now, that I can’t enjoy it like I used to. But psychology aside, I present awesome picture! ^_^ Long live rubber ducky! Time for bed now. @_@

About a month ago, a member on deviantART had sent me a note. It was their Birthday coming up shortly (at the time), and they wanted to know if I could draw them something. Normally birthday stuff has to be done quickly, and I had a bigger project going, so I read the request with an open mind. In it, they detailed they were looking for an image of Shadow, holding a Shadow Chao, which was holding a birthday present. ^^ I thought it was cute, and I was inspired, so I quickly sketched it up. Though I won’t finish it, at least it exists!
