Part 1 – Mackerel Tabby – Brown
Part 1 in a series of faux black felt “paintings” of cat portrait’s. This one is styled as a generic house-cat, the Brown Mackerel Tabby. Characterized by their “M” shaped marking on their foreheads.
This one is named “Salem”. He’s a very loving kitty, kind, and cuddly! Salem likes to push his head against you, and then stare at you with his deep eyes. A cute little white muzzle, and a golden belly that loves to be rubbed! Salem will continue rolling on his back until someone rubs his tummy. He also has huge daisy paws, with black pads.

In response to the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo I decided to do an original print. I had tried many other ideas, sexy girls, sexy bunny girl, but they didn’t work too well for this.
I decided to try to draw an anthro kitten, and I decided to make a Megane kitten boy. ^^ Last-minute I called him Jun. He looks like one.
So I printed him but almost nobody wanted him. x.x; One person bought him, but my Sonic art stole the show, more importantly, one I had of Mario dressed as Sonic, and Sonic dressed as Mario. XD; ah well.

Alright! 
I’m a little late with trip pictures, but that’s ok. I got this instead!
This last Friday, the 2nd, we had another Art challenge at work. We were going to interprit our own ideas of what a “New Year’s Baby” would be like.
Everyone had their own ideas. Someone drew a Sexy Lady in a martini glass, another drew a baby chained to a ball, someone drew an alien, and I drew this. XD;;
It’s supposed to be one of those velvet paintings… a black or dark colored piece of velvet, with acrylic paint on it, showing vibrant hue’s of colors. Very cool stuff, I didn’t get it too well though. XD;; I tried. The head is fubar, but that’s ok.

XD OK, first things first. This is NOT a Frog. At work today, we had a bit of a `free time`, and all the artists at work decided to try some themed art. ^^
The suggestion was made, “Animal Pastries”. This was left open to interpritation, which had everyone creating their own versions of what they thought was an “Animal Pastry”. One person took a picture of a Tart on a plate, and ‘
hotoshoped’ a turtle onto it, adding some Merengue. XD Yummy Tartle.
Another person made a “Pie-Dog”, which was a cherry pie, with dog ears, tail, and face drawn on. XD it was cute.
The other person made pictures of cartoon Animals enjoying Pastries. ^^
This was my interpritation of an “Animal Pastry”. ^^ I chose something I liked, a fried chinese pastry, that is big and round like a ball. It’s golden, crunchy, and half hollow. On the inside there’s either Red bean paste, Black bean paste, or a combination of Peanuts and coconut. ^^ They’re rolled in Sesame Seeds afterward.
So this is mine! It’s a Chinese Pastry, shaped like one of those big fat bellied goldfish. XD it has Sesame Seed scales, sugar-glass candy shaped like fins, and currant’s for eyes. XD That’s why his eyes aren’t colored like a real goldfish. O.o;
^_^ I really like the Sesame seeds on here. XD
